RATES AND TERMS
All rates are quoted per person per night where applicable
All units are self catering
Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends
Children under 2 free, under 12 half price
Special rates for clergy and pensioners (weekdays only)
• Standard accommodation R250 pppn
• Budget accommodation R210 pppn (please bring own bedding & towels)
• Conference Accommodation Package R510 pppn sharing (max 2 per room)
• Group Package - Minimum of 36 persons @ R200 pppn (budget accommodation)
• Conference Room from R400 per day
All prices inclusive of VAT

Booking Policy for Individuals
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
Cancellations: individuals at least 1 month prior to arrival
Refunds outside of the above timeline will depend on re-letting the booking.

A R1000 non-refundable/non-transferable fee to secure the booking within 10 days
A 50% Deposit 3 months prior to arrival
Cancellations: at least 3 months prior to arrival
